Where do I go for a personal styling appointment?
We have three options for you. You can book a virtual appointment to chat with Christos via Skype, your can come to our store located in Westchester, IL, or Christos can come to you. If you need Christos to travel to you, traveling expenses apply.
How much am I obligated to spend for a personal styling appointment?
There is no pressure to buy anything we show you. However once the custom creation process is started, a deposit will be required to continue work.
How long will an appointment take?
It depends on the nature of your needs. If you are looking for a quick consultation from Christos to get ideas of what your future design will look like, it may only take 30 minutes. For a special event, it may take several hours. It is up to you!
Is custom creation available for men and women?
Yes! We can accessorize you with fur for your next special event or even to just have that really special fur that was made just for you.

General Frequently Asked Questions

What can I do with a gently used or inherited fur?
We understand that your inherited fur is of sentimental value and there is no better place than to leave it in the hands of Christos Furs to repair, restyle or trade it in.
At Christos Furs we view furs to be eco-friendly and reusable. So never throw them away! It is often that customers inherit furs that have little value or are not in style. What we suggest is fur repair, restyling and restoration. Another option is trading them in towards a purchase of a new fur. If you have a fur that you want to trade in, email us with a photo or come in to our store at 10411 W Cermak Rd Westchester, IL 60154 for an estimate.
Do I need to register?
You have the option to register on our site when you are making a purchase. By registering you are initiating an account that only you may access. You may access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. Only you will have access to this information. If you join our email list, this does not mean you are registered. You also have the option to bypass registration and checkout as a guest. Please note that by doing this you will not be able to “sign in” to an account to view order history.
How do I register?
Simply click on “My Shopping Bag” and you will be provided with a direct link to checkout that will walk you through the process.
Create your account by signing in via Facebook and Twitter
To make it easier for you, you are able to create an account with us by signing in with your Facebook or Twitter account. This limits the amount of passwords you need to remember. By using this feature you do not give us any access nor do we have the ability to have access to your Facebook or Twitter account.
What if I forgot my password?
If you happen to forget your password there is always a link on the “sign in” page. By providing your email address, via a secure, encrypted connection, will email you a new password that you may later change by visiting “sign in” once you log-in successfully.
Item Availability
Each of our products are unique and rarely come in multiple sizes or colors. If there is an item that you like, Christos can design a similar product via an in person or virtual styling appointment. If you see something you love and we don’t have it, book a styling appointment today. Christos requires that all designs are at least 25 percent different from a design that may have inspired you.
What is the right size fur for me?
Please reference the fitting guide link to help determine your size when ordering. For custom orders, Christos will measure you to get accurate sizing. If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the proper size, please call us or book a styling appointment with Christos.
Is it possible to modify my order after the purchase is approved?
